Short Description
The project involves the study of spatial-temporal dependence of the snow cover formation and melting onplantformations, in the case study ofthe Ural Prikamyeterritory. The classification of plant formations will be performed by the methods of thematic decoding of an iterseasonal set of the Earth remote sensing data. The implementation of the short-term prediction of meltwater into the rivers basins and the dates of snow cover assumes the use of prognostic fields of meteorological elements according to the WRF/ARW model data.
